J9 Equine Policies
At J9 Equine, we take pride in crafting high-quality equine wear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund policy below:
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
1. Timeframe: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. All discounted or clearance items are final sale.
2. Condition: Products must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• Free from dirt, stains, and damage
• Tags still attached (if applicable)
Please note: J9 Equine does not refund shipping costs on order refunds (unless an incorrect product was shipped or there was a factory defect on the product).
Non-Refundable Items
- Discounted or clearance items
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used or show visible signs of wear
Refund Process
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or incorrect item sent.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or an error was made by J9 Equine.
We are not responsible for any losses or damages during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team at j9equine@hotmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
We will provide further instructions, including the return address.
